Who Runs Lendly

What We Collect

• Account information: Your username, email address, and password information, if collected by the version of Lendly you use. Passwords should be stored securely using one-way hashing, not as plain text.
• Items you log: Information you enter about items you've lent out, such as item names, photos, the people borrowing them, contact details, estimated values, notes, and dates.
• Payment information: Payment confirmation and related transaction information needed to verify your purchase and grant access to Lendly.
• Technical information: Limited technical information may be processed by our website, hosting, database, or payment providers to operate and secure the service.

What We Don't Collect

Lendly does not intentionally track your activity across unrelated websites, sell your personal information, or collect your precise physical location as a feature of the app. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details when payments are handled by Stripe. However, our service providers may process technical information as necessary to provide their services.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Account information and access or payment-status information may be stored using Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the features and version you use, item records, notes, and photos may be stored locally in your browser.

Information stored only in your browser may not automatically synchronize between devices. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove locally stored information.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain Lendly.
• To manage accounts and sign-in functionality.
• To verify payments and provide purchased access.
• To protect the service against misuse and security issues.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information or use it to serve targeted advertising.

Payments

Lendly charges a one-time purchase price of $5 for access, unless the price is expressly changed or another offer is presented during checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles payment details in accordance with its own policies. Lendly may receive transaction confirmations and limited payment-related information necessary to verify your purchase.

Refund Policy

All purchases are intended to be final, and Lendly does not offer voluntary returns or refunds. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Data Retention and Your Choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Lendly, maintain account access, fulfill legitimate business purposes, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

• You can delete items stored in the app where the feature is available.

• Some information may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.

Third-Party Services

Lendly relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for certain data storage and account-related functions. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services under their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

Children's Privacy

Lendly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Lendly, contact us at lendly.support@gmail.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through Lendly. However, no website, application, or method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
